"We had beaten all the crazy odds, not through determination, but by faith. By letting go and being happy and just saying, 'Whatever it'll be, it'll be!' "

This is a heartwarming account of one woman's journey of faith through an extraordinary life. The author is a young newlywed when she becomes pregnant with her first child, Joseph. At first, she has the typical new mother struggles as she navigates pregnancy and the postpartum period. However, her life becomes far from typical just after her son's first birthday, when what at first appears to be a benign bellyache turns into a life-threatening condition requiring surgery, followed by severe complications and an ultimate diagnosis of a rare metabolic disorder. Although Joseph fights against all odds and goes on to live a happy life, his mother's worries are only beginning. She suffers two miscarriages before her second son, Colby, is born. After a third miscarriage, she undergoes intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization, leading to an ectopic pregnancy. She finally becomes pregnant with her third son, Garrett, but the journey is not yet complete as she navigates life with three busy, thriving boys, continuing to find hope and small synchronicities along the way.

Webber's life story is unique, uplifting, and enlightening. She both highlights universal aspects of the human experience—doubt, confusion, feeling isolated or misunderstood by the medical community—as well as brings attention to the struggles of families affected by rare metabolic disorders and infertility. Her honest descriptions, candid accounts, and steadfast resolve will resonate with readers of all walks of life. Through her life's incredible miracles, she demonstrates beautiful moments of the universe's synchronicity and God or the Spirit's role throughout. In addition to providing encouragement and inspiration, she gives concrete resources for families affected by infertility, including books, expert advice, and manageable lifestyle changes. In all, this memoir is touching, elevating, and heartfelt.
