My writing comes from life lived on both sides of the pulpit and the boardroom. After more than forty years in Leadership and ministry, I've learned that faith is not meant to hide inside church walls. It’s meant to breathe in everyday life. My books flow from the conviction to help people live with courage, lead with Integrity, and hold on to hope when the lights go out. From Hope Rising and Your Moment to Lead to my latest release Kingdom Carries, each page is a call to live sent, to be light where darkness tries to linger. I write for those who have been through the fire and still dare to believe that their story matters.
Margin Notes was written in the quiet moments between the noise—those places where faith and fatigue wrestle for the same space. It's a book about presence, not perfection. I wanted to help readers to rediscover God in the margins of their own stories and to see that doubt doesn’t disqualify us. It actually deepens our dependence. It's a gentle pastoral conversation with anyone who's ever whispered, “Lord, where are You in this?"
Presently, I'm nurturing a few works still in progress. Lead Anyway explores authentic, everyday leadership rooted in servanthood, and Despite the Blows is a memoir of resilience and redemption. I'’m taking my time with both, because some stories deserve to mature before they are shared. Meanwhile, I'm continuing to share the message of Kingdom Carriers Calling believers everywhere to live, lead, and love on mission in these urgent times. No season is wasted. Even the hardest chapters can become sacred ground when we let God write through them. My hope is that readers will walk away from my books reminded that their scars don't disqualify them, they qualify them to bring hope to others. Wherever you are, you carry something holy. The world still needs what you have.
